For completed client engagements, our standard retention review point is 24 months after the later of the engagement's last day or the date of the last payment. At that review, we delete or anonymize information that no longer has a documented business or legal purpose. We may retain information longer when the relationship remains active, future re-engagement is reasonably anticipated, or a legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related need requires it.

Consultation and inquiry records that do not become client relationships are reviewed separately based on the purpose for which they were collected, the date of last meaningful contact, and any continuing legal or business need.

Our Free Resources: The AI Clichés Checker can store custom phrases and its remember setting in browser local storage when you choose to save them. The Hashtag Generator can store saved hashtag sets in browser local storage. The Timestamp Extractor and LIX Calculator do not save data in browser local storage. These tools process input in your browser, and the tool code does not send this input to XecPresence servers.

Google Forms: Our consultation booking form is hosted and processed by Google Forms and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell your browsing data.
